Return with Receipt:
Products purchased from Defining Looks Wig Studio can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days or the purchase date, provided you have the original receipt.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.
Exclusions:
Wigs cannot be returned once you have left Defining Looks Wig Studio. We recommend inspecting your wig thoroughly before leaving to ensure it meets your expectations.
